Good looking but functionally not as good as it looks

Pros: I really appreciate the sllers for fast replies and replacing things missing. I like the looks of it.Cons: Glass provided for soaps is too low. It is very hard to tighten the vessel, it needs special tools which you have to buy, I could not find that tool in major stores had to buy it from speciality tools shop. Installation instructions are not of much help.

Great design, but not a quality product

At first, it looks great, but the problem starts with the installation. No manual was available which requires some guessing on how the parts fit together. Once this hurdle was passed it turned out that mounting the wash basin tray is a challenge. If there is no stud coming across it is nearly impossible to mount it firmly against the wall. This is designed for concrete/brick walls. Then, the waste water outlet needs to be very high which is not very common. The result is some visible waste line pipes, which impact the overall view of the glass vessel sink. Lastly, the sink can't be mounted tightly, which means it moves back and forth. This may be intended, but doesn't make a lot of sense. Same with the water faucet. Looks great, but the tray it is mounted against is far too weak. So, every time the water faucet is opened it feels very shaky.If you are up for a real challenge this is your opportunity. If you don't have the right conditions (brick wall, high waste line inlet etc.) it becomes very challenging ...

Good Product, Good Customer Service, Good Price

Overall, very happy, so far!We ordered this product and installed it a couple months later.With the installation came some strife, the flex lines that run from the wall to the faucet did not fit the new 1/2 inch valves we had coming out of the wall.So, we e-mailed the company Friday Night and they responded by Saturday morning!They sent us new parts by Wednesday and our faucet is running swimmingly!Fantastic Customer Service!The only reason we rate it four stars is because it has been in for 30 minutes, so we will write back if anything changes.Thank you to Home Compound it looks and works great!
